  • Oil and condition your glove when the leather appears dry or lighter in color. Leather will lose its natural oils as it gets used and will need to be rehydrated or it will begin to dry out, crack, and become stiff.

  • Typically you would clean your glove before you apply oil or conditioner. This will remove the dirt and prepare the leather surface by opening its pores. Clean leather once per week during practice and game season.
