Honestly, I don't even have a Basement Window Well Cover. I don't even have a basement window well.But I have about 5 brooms, and when I lean them against the wall of my shop they often fall over, and I hate when that happens. So I got these, because they looked like they could be used to hold my broom handles.And they do hold my broom handles. They do it very well. Simple, easy, inexpensive... a perfect solution.I have no idea how they work for window well covers, but as broom handle holders... FIRST RATE!
