The heavy-duty 600D waterproof Oxford fabric is durable and holds up well against the elements.The sandbag can hold over 300 lbs, providing excellent stability for our basketball hoop. It's easy to fill and attach, making it a simple yet effective solution for keeping the hoop secure during intense games.The standard size fits perfectly with our existing setup, and it has significantly reduced the wobbling and movement of the hoop. This has made playing safer and more enjoyable for my kids.

The bag is very sturdy with strong seams to hold in sand. There hasn't been any sand seeping through gaps or holes in the fabric or seams. Overall I'm very happy with this bag to hold down my basketball hoop.

This reinforces the built in base that comes with the basketball goal. We added sand to this bag and then placed it on top of the base of the basketball goal and it made the goal much more sturdy. Particularly, during our heavy, summer storms with high winds. The sandbag is well made with a plastic burlap/canvas type material and was easy to fill with sand from our local hardware store. We used the same sand that was in our sandbox and it worked perfect. This also works well to hold down any other items that are outside as well.

I have had this through two weathers without any issues. I haven't had any leaks or issues running from this bag. I have been able to fit about 3 sandbags so far. This is worth the price value.

Not straps to secure to the base threads popped off right away, zipping shut it was care not to stress zipper, main focus was to house the sand tubes and cover, do wish the straps were higher quality and D ring webbing sewn with tougher thread and more reenforcement

I like the fact it is low profile and all black it helps it not be noticed. It is definitely large enough to hold plenty of sand and I greatly appreciate all the anchors it has. Not only can you use it to weigh down your sports equipment but I use it for anchoring my holiday decorations given all the extra loops.It also has a nicer look than many of the bags that look like they were just made in a home economics class. You are able to fit entire 60lb hardware store tubes of sand in this without opening them which is great (makes it easier to move later on). With the zipper setup it is probably not 100% waterproof but not sure most people care about that. If you do this might not be the one for you.

Here are my thoughts ont eh Basketball Hoop Sandbag/base anchor.Basically, this is a very large zippered bag. Fit well over top of most basketball hoops with a black plastic stand. These are pretty common in yards in driveways across America...As you can see in the pics. I had sort of a hokie setup going on. I just grabbed 4 bags of sand, 50lb each, and set them on top. Then I forgot about it. It didn't look nice...So with this bag, I was able to put it on top and place all 4, 50lb bags of sand in it, and improve my aesthetic. I am remiss in not taking a picture of the sand bags in this bag - but they are in there!My only thing is that this bag is expensive for what it is. It says made from Waterproof Oxford Fabric...I don't know what that is. It sort of just feels like a patio chair cover or similar. Maybe it'll last forever.maybe not. It's black so I suspect it'll fade in the sun and eventually the sun and weather will eat it away like it does everything else.So, I feel that with all that, 4 stars is fair. It does makes weighing down a bball hoop a bit more convenient and certainly looks better than my sandbags on top look.
