I just want to let customers know that this company fully backed their product when we had an assembly problem.we had a problem with the top and middle poles fitting properly. My husband tried to get the poles together and ultimately got them stuck so they were non-useable. He emailed the company and they sent us new poles free of charge. The new poles worked as expected.The great thing about this hoop is that it is adjustable for height. There are screws with end caps that turn easily to make the adjustment. Great for my grandchildren who will grow with the hoop.

All in all I really wanted to like this product but in less than two months the base cracked open which caused a leakage of water, resulting in the whole thing falling and bending the hoop. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my husband and daughter to play together and we barley got to use it considering it’s only February :(

My son and his father put together easily. The base broke in 2 spots. One on top the other underneath. They had just barely filled with water and moving it to the street when top broke. As they moved it back up to garage the bottom broke. I guess for that amount something should be expected, but not so soon!!! I was about to have them take apart and send back but then realized boxes we cut and broke down. We are stuck. I am very unhappy. At least a few months of use I'd expect it to wear down and break. Not after just filling it with water!!

I bought this to try to get my son to do more outside when the weather allows but I couldn't be more happy than this hoop. I was worried about assembly but I assembled on 30 minutes by myself without too much hassle. Directions were clear and easy. The parts and fasteners are metal and quality material. The best thing is the tools this came with for assembly are much better than the tools from an equivalent cheaper brand like ikea or something. I will keep the tools to reuse. Definately a great value for the money, and everything is regulation sized and the hoop is adjustable for all ages. This is the hoop to buy!

We got this for our kids, and it is wonderful!!! It was so easy to assemble, it’s been very sturdy, and the kids love it. It’s great quality!! I highly recommend this.
