This is a must for the DIY-er. This makes caulking an easier job. I used to buy the smaller more expensive caulk as I didn't have a caulk gun but this will save money. For me this worked well and easy enough to use.

Picture A, is the package it came in. Picture B, is the caulking gun out of the package and ready to go to work. At first I thought it is a caulking gun like all others, but to my surprise it is not any other caulking gun I have ever owned. The rof that pushes is heavier metal and grips really good as you pull the trigger. Here is what I was hoping for is that I didn't have to pull so hard to get things to moving out of the guns contents. Great for an old guy like me as I don't have that hand strength I use to have. It is easier to use and I love that. I don't know if you have used a caulking gun before but seems like over the years they have gotten cheaper and I know I must have 5 or 6 laying around my tool area. I would say they can go in the trash as this gun wins hands down, being the gun I will always look for. I do have an air caulking gun, it is easy to use, but it tends to make a mess, as I have never really got the hang of it. So I am really happy I got this one and will use it and know it will not make my hands cramp like they usually do with all the junk ones I have. I do hope this helps as I am more than happy with this gun. I do believe all you guys and gals will like to use it too.

seems workable for our needs. I am absolutely a DIY'er, and I know I've got silicone caulking in my future. Glad to have it.

It’s a basic caulking gun. Nothing fancy and nothing extraordinary. It has a puncture needle and an ergonomic handle. It has a 10:1 thrust ratio, and it’s easy to squeeze and dispense a tube of caulking.I gave it only 4 stars because the pressure rod is out of line… it’s not centered. I have to position it to the center when installing a tube of caulking.
