I needed this tape to recaulk my bathtub. This worked perfectly. Was easy to use and has remained in place since I did it.

This advises you to apply to a dry surface, and boy do they mean it. If you're trying to temporarily repair a leak, it's not going to work; the thing won't adhere to any moisture. However, if you do apply it to a dry surface, the adhesive is very sticky and tacky, so in that scenario it's quite effective. Unfortunately, you might have to have some foresight into what might need this tape before it actually needs it.

This is by far the best caulking tape I have used. With a blow dryer to heat it up, the tape stays perfect and doesn't move! It now has been a week since I applied it to my kitchen counters. Highly recommended.

I tried using the tape on the commode but could not work it around the curved part. There was no way it could be done. But is did work on straight edges.

The product does it stick to tiles or ceramic. Not starchy enough to go round the bend. I wasted my money.
