Love this thing it makes my hardwater so soft and I definitely have noticed a difference in my hair with using this on my bath tub and I don't like taking showers so when I wash my hair I lean over the tub and I didn't even know these things existed but its working really good...

Love this on my kids tub! I just wish it had a better hanger. Sometimes it doesn’t like to stay on.

Does it work? I'm not sure. We weren't able to use it more than a few times before issues with hanging/mounting it .First use-the small rigid hanger doesn't fit over our standard tub faucet. And it can't be removed from the orb once it's installed. So we used the other two hanger openings to use the second, longer, flexible hanger. That one wouldn't stay on the faucet-it just slide off. So then we used the stick on hook by using the sticker foam on the faucet. We weren't happy with how low the orb hung with this set up, and I couldn't wash my hair under the tub faucet with it hanging so low, which was one of the reasons to get this thing. The hook stayed on for 2-3 days and fell off, in the middle of the night. Nothing like a crashing sound to wake up in a panic. Then we used the second, included hook, which lasted the about as long. And, as you can imagine, now we can't get the sticker foam off the faucet.Good in theory, but definitely not universal for any faucet, and perhaps not any faucet. For us, a waste of money and is now in the trash.

We have hard water so this has helped In our child’s bathtub. Wish it had something to stick or hold on the faucet.

Comes with two different handle lengths. I was a little concerned it would overflow before filtering but it keeps up and does well. I have better peace of mind bathing with less chemicals.

Easy to install, noticed water difference immediately I’m not as itchy when I get out of the tub. I really didn’t think it was going to but now I didn’t know how much I needed it.

Ordered this had to wait a week which is fine. Go to pick it up today. It's literally the hanger and no ball. Absolutely so disappointing.
