Goes into protection mode with anything more than a few Amps. Pointless to have the xt60 port with such low output. I even tried exchanging for a different one with the same result.

It is compatible with the Milwaukee M18 battery, but it charges so slow it can't keep up with charging while using my phone.

So I got this to use in my son's power wheels, and it adds a ton of power to that. I am not sure if that is having a problem, because it keeps shutting off. This might be a safety feature, or it might just be breaking the power wheel. Usually it lets me reset, but after a while it just kept happening over and over. At first it worked a long time before shutting down. I thought maybe the battery was dying, but it still showed power levels over 50% so I am not sure what the issue really was.I have not used it as a usb charger yet, but if I keep having issues with the power wheel, I will try that instead.

Fits both my Milwaukee AND DeWalt brick batteries. The charge protection features are unique and greatly appreciated, as well as the low battery indicator light. Being able to charge two USB-A and a USB-C simultaneously is bonus. But for me the biggest selling point is the XT-60 connection as I use these with my lipo charger and RC airplane electronics.

I’ve been wanting one of these for my Milwaukee batteries but did not like the $30-$55 price range I’ve been seeing online for the Milwaukee version. For half that price or less this one looked like a good option to try. The Milwaukee version only has one USB port and one round power port, this one has two USB-A ports and one USB-C port and the XT60 port which I’m not familiar with. It is small and lightweight which makes it easy to carry and use. When I plugged in my phone using a USB-A cable the phone shows ‘Charging’. When I switched to the USB-C port, my phone showed ‘Fast Charging’. Sweet.I have a camping trip coming up in May and since my Tacoma’s power ports don’t stay on when the truck is off, I can’t charge my phone overnight. Now with this adapter, I can charge my phone in my tent anytime.
