Needed these for an accessory install on my truck. They are great quality and worked well for my install. A great set of cables at a relatively low cost, I would definitely buy them again.

Very well manufactured positive and negative 4 gauge battery cables. I used these on an inverter for a solar setup and they worked great. Strong ends were affixed perfectly and covered with heat shrink at the splice. 2 feet long, 5/16 (8 mm) lugs. Highly recommended.

Cabled were used as replacement cables to a higher wattage audio upgrade, as the connection between battery and capacitor. Previous, smaller size cables caused capacitor to indicate a voltage drop, the new cables never show such an indication.The new cables were very flexible and easy to manage. The lugs fit perfectly, allowing for a tight fit.Would choose for future projects!

These cables' quality is great. The wires are thick and solid. It doesn't feel cheap at all. the lug connections are tight. I didn't feel any lose connection when wiggling the terminals. I use them for connecting my LiFePo4 battery in series. They works great. I didn't feel warm when I pulled 80A from my battery bank. Overall, they are a great set of cables for any solar project.Would I buy them again? Yes, absolutely

I didn't need to wire an inverter, but while looking at the product description I decided it would be perfect for a slightly different application on the car: A ground cable replacement for a vulnerable position in the front wheel-well of our 2013 Honda Pilot. The materials and the quality of construction of these cables makes them an ideal option for me.The original power unit ground cable is exposed braided copper. In the wheel well there, it's exposed to everything the front tire throws at it, including a winter deicer slurry that the state DOT loves to use around here. The exposed copper is quickly damaged by that slurry, in spite of getting very regular winter car washes with rinses to try and minimize the accumulations. I'm sure that folks who live in salt-belt states have it even worse. I'm replacing that exposed copper with this insulated 4ga jumper, after just a little bit of prep. On these new cables, the wire insulation is sealed nicely over the tinned-copper lugs, so there's continuous protection from contamination. But, right at the lug where it's perfectly split-crimped over the copper wire conductor, there's a small exposed gap in the protection. That gap will get stuffed with Vaseline before the cable is installed, so it wicks down into the copper and prevents contamination. Once installed, the whole terminal including the bolts will get some protection added.I realize that this isn't exactly the service that many will use these in, just doing a little 'thinking at the edge of the box'. This is by far the most convenient and economical way to buy a 10" long 4ga lug-to-lug cable with all the needed details like the tinned lugs with 5/16" (8mm) holes, both exactly what I'm looking for.I'll add installation pictures when I swap the cable in with the change to winter tires in the next few weeks.
