Q1: Why battery won’t charge?
A1: Maybe bad connect. Reopen your bluetooth speaker and reconnect the battery connector to logic board socket. Make sure battery connector connects well.
Q2: Why bluetooth speaker can’t turn on?
A2: Make sure battery connector was connected correctly and charge bluetooth speaker for 15 minutes with original charger and cable. The charging needs to be charged to 5% before it can be turned on normally, If battery have exhausted battery power.
Q3: Why battery connector does not fit?

I accidentally left my JBL speaker plugged in for over a year, which killed the battery. This replacement was super easy to install and now I don't have to pay a ton for a new speaker. It didn't have any charge when it arrived but it charged up just fine and now my speaker works great. Will definitely buy again.
