These are described as collars but they are stick on decals that permanently adhere to the cones. Not what I wanted nor was described in the headline. If you want to stick these on cones that's great but beware.

Overall OK. Cuts easily, sticks well. So far.For my 18 inch cones, it did not fit well, but it was not really designed for them I guess. Made a template and cut it into two pieces to a reasonable width.Biggest grip is they come shipped folded and the resulting crease cannot be flattened out and will always be visible.Guess that is not a big deal for "traffic cones", but thought it worth mention.

Get an extra little bit a wife out of your traffic cones in the reflective on this is phenomenally, right
