When I purchased these highlighters they were labeled as fluorescent. As I began to pay for them they were being called neon. They are regular highlighters. Nice, and they smoothly glide. But not neon or fluorescent!

I love BAZIC gel highlighters, as do my students age 5 -7 They are so smooth for circling 'numbers and letters worksheets' . Cheaper than buying DOT Markers. Colors do not leak through so I can print worksheets on both sides of the paper. I have bought a lot of this brand but the last set I ordered in early Sept the blue color was way too faint.Update -Sept 20th, 2019 I had to return this particular pkg as the gel was stuck in the lids and you could NOT twist down - except for the blue color.

I am a building inspector and these are great for marking items inspected to date on approved plans. They do not bleed and allow me to differentiate between each days inspections with different colors.

Love these gel highlighters, won't dry out, doesn't bleed through or make ink run. Best thing, you can switch to other colors and leave the lids off of all of them while you rotate colors, no mess, no drying out.

These are so cool to me. They work well. They don't skip and they don't dry out like highlighters do. My son uses them for college work and I use them for invoices and on my wall calendars. Bright colors. They last a long time.
