Your cart is empty.BCY B55 Bowstring is made of 100% polyester similar to Dacron but with better durability and very low stretch. This string is primarily used for recurves, but is also compatible on older compound crossbows and traditional bows without reinforced limb tips. BCY recommends 12-16 strands for recurve bows.

The material is exactly as I expected it to be except for the color. I ordered tan because it looked more like natural cordage, but it is darker than it looks in the picture. It still made a nice bowstring.5 stars for the product, minus one star for showing the wrong color.
