It has a coating on it and served too thick for my Black Eagle nocks. Neither did I appreciate the coating coming off in my hands. I've mostly used Halo .019, which is good thread that serves well, releases smooth, is durable and fits every nock I've ever used it with perfectly. If I didn't sometimes get separation, I wouldn't be looking for something different. Not convinced separation is completely avoidable but giving BCY 62xs and Angel Majesty a try next.

BCY makes great stuff. It just seems though that anything coming out of PA never gets delivered on the date that Amazon says it will. Doesn’t matter what or who you order from. It gets stalled for several days. BUT I got my product and am very satisfied
