It took me awhile to find this hat as most high-pony hats still don’t work for me. I usually have my ponytail at the crown or slightly below that. That being said, the pony opening is in just the right position for a very high ponytail. However the hat feels a bit flimsy although the benefit is that it’s lightweight and easily foldable. There is a cinch in the back to tighten it and a cinch able chin strap as well.

I took this hat with me to Africa to hide more of my face and neck from the sun and it worked great! I love that I can wear a ponytail and keep cool, but protect my skin. It washes well, too. I do wish they had more neutral color choices, but I’ll likely get a second khaki one.

I love that I can wear my ponytail or bun with this hat. I also love the big bill all around to protect me from the sun. It's I a beautiful black color and is a good quality hat.

Amazing hat! I wanted a sunhat to match my daughter but I hate getting my hair wet, and this was perfect. It looks a little silly at first, but I've honestly loved it.

I've didn't know that they made hats that allow you to put a high bun through the hat - this one works really well and keeps the sun off my face. I've used it for gardening for the last few weeks, and it seems to be working well! Easy to fit the bun through the top and then just slide on the rest of your head.I wish they made one like this with a wider brim (like those beach hats but over the back of your neck too), but this works well enough!

so hard to find hats with a ponytail or bun space that is high enough that it doesn't just hit the back of your net. This is the only one this style I've found. Also found a baseball cap years ago. Now neither are available to re-order. I wish I had bought 2 of these so I'd have a back up.

I always took good care of my skin when I was younger, but I found myself getting overly tan (and I'm a redhead, so that's alarming) from walking my dog every day in the Florida sun. Baseball caps don't cover enough and it's too hot to wear my hair down -- so this is perfect!I don't look nearly as glamorous as the model, but there's really no expectation of elegance with my dog. My skin looks better and I'm sure my dermatologist would be proud. The wind really howls up my street, so the chin strap is a great addition -- again, not glamorous, but sometimes I have to cinch it all the way up to keep it from blowing off.I have a huge head and a ton of really thick hair, and it's not too tight (and I see other ladies say it's adjustable.) The hole is in the perfect spot for a high pony. And it is a bit wrinkly but I'm not wearing it to the Met Gala. You could probably iron it, if that's your thing -- it's not fragile.

This is a stylish, cute sun hat. It offers great suncoverage, is lightweight, easy to put on. Feels quality. Adjustable strap to tighten for windy days. HOWEVER, the hole on the top is TOO BIG. It comes down onto my forehead. It doesnt look weird or show that but I feel like my forhead and entire top of my head would get burned. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of the hat. Returned.
