I'm a novice beader and this board seemed like it would be helpful for figuring out designs and how long to make strings, which I'm typically clueless about. I'm still a beginner, but it does make the process easier. Plus, it's a very sturdy piece of wood that's still rather compact to store when not in use. Great value at under $10.

I’v always wanted one of these bracelet boards and never invested in one, but this time I did. I love it, it helps me keep track of the sizes. I’m no longer winging it and I hope you love my picture.

😜The tool you can't live without, that you never knew you needed! If you like to make beaded bracelets, this board is super easy to use and so helpful! It has the measurements of many different bracelet sizes, and the circle shaped grooves outlining those measurements hold the beads (glass, plastic, pony, etc.) in place,

I often use a soft foam board under beadwork but this wooden board makes lining up the beads in the preferred order much easier. I also use it to sort beads that come in mixed strands and it makes a tedious task like that go much faster. The finish is important and I'm not sure this will hold up long but I have acrylic and can do a refinish as needed. I think it's a great bargain at $8.99.

My now adult daughter has finally realized how relaxing crafting can be. She recently brought a friend to my house to go through my beading supplies so they could create bracelets. I had an old plastic bead "board". That was very abused looking as it had not aged well. Then I saw this board on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. This board is incredibly well made and definitely a better option than my cheaply made plastic one.Pros:Layout: Excellent for laying out your beads and ensuring you get exactly the size and look you are going for.Smooth Finish: Makes it easy to work with beads without any snags.Durable: Made from thick, durable wood. This board feels like it will last a lifetime. I cannot imagine ever having to replace.Price: Comparable to similarly advertised boards seen.Great gift for young crafters: It is safe with rounded edges and perfect for them to visualize the item they want to create before putting it together. Grooves are large enough even for the large plastic pony beads.Cons:Minor rough spots: There are a couple of places the wood has a very slight roughness, but they do not impact the overall quality.I will be applying little hanging hooks on the back to store them (I ordered the other size option too) in my craft room easily.

I have been making bracelets for years with flimsy flocked plastic beading boards that I have to replace at least once a year because they crack from age. This is so perfect and sturdy! I am so happy to have found this. You can lay out your designs/patterns in the tray and can figure out what works and what won't work based on the beads that fit in your size. I've found that if I need a bracelet to be just a tiny bit larger but not enough to size up, I just keep an extra bead or spacer in the grooved area with the size until I'm ready to string. It's nicely made with rounded edges so there isn't anything to scratch your beads either! The only small thing to keep in mind that I have found so far - Beads larger than 8mm will require you to size up at least a 1/4". You can see how the beads overhang the measurements in the closer photo of the blue bracelet. The larimar beads are 11mm. The grooves do not allow for larger beads to sit deep enough to fully clear the diameter. This is a common issue with almost all of the beading trays that I have used so far! The other two bracelets were made with 7 and 8 mm beads.
