These are the advertised size, the locking mechanism turns smoothly but doesn't unlock itself, and the pins are sharp enough to go through clothing without snagging. I didn't count them and I haven't worked the mechanism on all of them, but so far I find nothing to complain about.

These were perfect for what I wanted to do & will be doing for future pieces. I did a resin cast dragon head that I wanted to make into a brooch for my funeral suit. A little fresh resin on the back of the piece, stick the base, 36 hours curing time and viola! I've already got people asking for their own. Everyone complaining that they're smaller than expected. They're PERFECT!
