I have a hard time finding ding Alder pellets. Alder is a softer smoke for fish !

Came very fast. They have pellets that are too long and do not break easily. This can jam up the auger. I have noticed this more the last two orders. Some pellets are two inches long. They need to be sure the pellets break cleanly to feed properly.

As described and delivered on time!Alder (pronounced, All-dur) is my go-to for smoking salmon, cheese, and sausages. Mild and flavorful! It is difficult to find these days in my neck of the woods unless I go online.
