Beaver underfur is one of the best dry fly dubbings due to its natural water resistance. Mixed with a bit of fine trilobal fiber and UV fiber to help give more sheen and flash and you have a great dry dubbing. Will work for a wide range of sizes but typically used for Mayflies and Caddis patterns.

Provides a great color selection. The small flash was proportional to the natural dubbing material in size. The yellow and orange showed up best under UV light but small UV fibers could be seen in the other colors as well. Fibers are a bit longer than hares mask dubbing. Guard hairs are sparse and light in color.
