It doesn't fit a 2005 Toyota rav4 AWD. It is smaller and doesn't fit through the rack and pinion well. I managed to force it in after a long battle! Now I just have to wait and see if it holds. These products do not expesify the models of vehicles they can fit. They generalize and each model and sub model can be different. I do not recommend it!

Used for my 2002 RAV4, passenger side, torn steering bellows replacement. YouTube shows how to slide it over the tie rod end without unthreading the tie rod (so you can avoid needing an alignment). I used a thick freezer bag over the tie rod end, covered the bag with grease, warmed this boot / bellows in boiling water, and carefully worked the small opening over the thick tie rod end with a large flat blade screwdriver. It took a few minutes, but wasn’t overly difficult. This bellows flexed well and returned to it’s original shape quickly.I used my original clamps, since the new supplied metal ones were strange to me. I cut off the old torn boot with a razor knife. I wiped off the inner ball joint and used Lucas red sticky grease to re-lube. Getting the large boot opening over the inner collar took some wiggling, but wasn’t overly difficult. Recommend this inexpensive kit to save hundreds over hiring a shop to replace it!

Pretty good product but I still don't understand what the wire with the loops on both ends is for. Fitment was really tight and secure. I like it better than OE

The product ripped apart less within the month. After it was installed with new inner and outer tie rods.
