Perfect fit for my 2007 VW Beetle as far as the boot itself is concerned. You do have to remove the outer bearing which usually pops right off. The only draw back is that the clamps cannot be put on by hand or crimped with pliers but require a specialty band tool. And unless you are well versed in how they fasten (I am apparently not) it pays to have a couple extra on hand because it usually requires a couple tries.

The measurements seem to be correct but the material is so rigid that the tool could not open it enough to pass through the shaft.Update: At first I gave one star. It seems that these axle boots on VW must be put on by removing the bearing, although there are some that are flexible to put them on, the ones on these cars must be put on without using the pliers that open them completely.
