I got a deep fryer but it didn't come with a basket. It's a rounded off square shape, so I don't even know where to begin to look for such a thing. So I made one out of this wire and some stainless steel mesh, I can actually deep fry a serving in one shot. I was using a strainer, but the holes ar too small and it gets clogged up, and I can't use the volume available in my small fryer.

when you buy something 5mm and product says .5mm tolerance....no....tolerance's should be closer to .01mm....who wants to buy a 5mm rod, only to find out it could be 4.5mm?

The dimensions are within spec, the ends are cut pretty cleanly, and the rods are fairly straight out of the package

I got these rods to use as spool holders. I have a lot of spooled items such as wire, filament and shrink wrap. I insert these rods into a 3d printed spool holder and mount them on the wall. I may also use these in welding projects because they're high enough quality metal, just be sure to use proper PPE to protect from chromium fumes. Overall I'm happy with the product and would recommend it to others.

I needed to add price tag holders to a rotating product display that I have. Using these rods with some 90* bends and hose clamps on the base of the stand, these work perfect. Very small yet strong enough to do exactly what I needed. I think these would also work perfectly for strengthening wings on foamie RC airplanes.

These very small rods are nicely made, Are they stainless? Always before using I give them the “acid” test. Using a homemade super magnet I checked to see if they would stick. Nope. They look and feel like stainless so we can use them outside, on the boat, any of those places we don’t want rusty rods.H

Tolerances are dead on, rods come straight with clean cut ends. They are easy to work with- bending, cutting. Good material, recommended.
