My son became very heavy nearing the end of my pregnancy. My lower back was shot by the end of the work day before using this. I used this for several hours at a time with no trouble. The only think I couldn’t decide was if I should put it over my maternity pants or not for sake of being “trapped” when I needed to use the restroom. The only suggestion I have is having help securing it, as this is a little hard to secure snugly by yourself due to it fastening behind you.

Après un incident au ventre dans ma jeunesse, plus tard s’est développé une diastase des grands droits, ( séparation des muscles abdominaux) même après que j’ai lu certains points négatifs, j’ai quand même commandé une ceinture. Le produit semble de bonne qualité, la finition est bonne et l’ajustement se fait facilement. Le « velcro » est efficace mais quelques boucles se sont étirées. Pour le prix payé, je suis satisfait. C’est le le temps qui en dira plus.

Definitely helps support. I wear it couple of hours on and a couple of hours off great if you have to be on your feet alot. Helps promote good posture and balance the weight
