I'm pretty happy with this belly band! This is my second pregnancy and I am having a lot more pain in my back and also round ligament pain with this baby than my first so I got this in hopes it would help. I use it if I am going to be up on my feet, such as cleaning the house, cooking, or working. I have the most pain when I am up moving around and since I have started using this it has helped exponentially I was actually surprised by how much pain relief it gave me. The Velcro is also very strong and I feel it will last a long time. Extremely happy

It works good. I suggest don’t eat while it’s on because your belly grows and it cause it to be too tight. I kept it on for a 10 hour shift and was able to get through it with little to no pain.

3rd Trimester Measurements:H= 5ft 3inW=180 LBSSize Belly band= I ordered XL but a Large would have been perfect!The XL does fit great though, just has some extra room to grow in. Large or XL would work great!!**I HIGHLY recommend this bellyband for the extra support in back and pelvis!!**I have tried the just 1 strap only bellyband paid for by insurance and another one strap that I purchased out of pocket… THOSE WERE TERRIBLE AND DID NOT HELP AND SHIFTED SO MUCH! I never had back pain or sciatica, nerve pain prior to pregnancy( 2nd Trimester)This belly band helped so much!!I wear this belly band with activities such as Laundry, Dishes, or Cooking. I also wear it every time I go on evening strolls.You can wear this band Over top of clothes or under clothes, or bare skin.I choose to wear the maternity bike shorts So I can put the belly on top and then put my shirt over top of it. This way the material and tag does not irritate my skin! The mesh feels slightly uncomfortable on bare skin, and if put on top of high waisted or maternity bike shorts or leggings can help hold the band in place better.In my 3rd Trimester , hit a point where this bellyband alone was not enough support, but I started to use the KT tape and use 3 pre cut pieces of that( the KT Tape lasts 3- 4 days before peeling up from shower and such) The combination of this belly band with the KT tape though once belly got huge in 3rd trimester has been amazing!!!

I just got this today for my bump as I’ve been having some bad back pain I’m at 28weeks , it fits amazing I got the large and it’s a little big but I have room to grow, great stretch, great material, really supports my belly! It does scrunch a bit in the back but I can straighten it, I’ve got a pretty curvy back instead of straight so I have this problem anyhow, it’s already taking the weight off my hips and I’ll be back to edit especially if I’ve got bad news about it!! But it’s a great price and great Item to try if in any baby bump pain!!

The fabric feels nice, and durable. I just didn't feel comfortable wearing it.

Considering that I am 4 months pregnant, no tummy yet at all, I ordered size M (my clothes size S-M. The product was too tight and I had to return. So my advise, order 2-3 sizes bigger than your clothes

I love how this takes the pressure off my back and belly. With out it I would be dying in pain. It does slip especially when you have to go to the bathroom frequently but that is easily adjustable. the elastic does fold on top of itself but its still comfortable because its not digging into the skin. I totally recommend this product to any and all that want relief from gravity. I've even done gardening with it on. This is better than the ones I tried to use from my last pregnancy and just returned to the store.

I really appreciated the support this gave me when I first got it. Same as many reviewers have mentioned the Velcro is uncomfortable against skin, thankfully I’m pregnant and most of my pants go high enough this generally wasn’t a problem. However, I am disappointed in how quickly the band wore out. After about a month, the Velcro stopped sticking to the sides of the fabric. This defeated the purpose of adding support because as I was walking the bands would pop apart and I had to eventually buy something else. For the price point, it seems that about a month of support is probably accurate. But I should have just bought the more expensive one in the first place.

I'm 34 weeks and would've love to have this before I've been using this belt just for hours because I got it yesterday in the afternoon Soo even I've been using it for a couple of hours i can tell it works. I haven't notice the part were it helps take back pain but I really can notice that I can do more. I notice that before I use to feel like my belly very low and would walk like a pinguin lol.now I can move better and I don't feel that hurtful pain in my pelvis. I just love it. And really recommend it. If your like 28 weeks get it ASAP.The only thing I didn't like is that it itches you would have to wear it on top of a spaghetti strap because the top part itches on the sides. I'm wearing it on top of my shirt because I'm home and don't need to have it under at home. I love it because it's adjustable and you don't even have to wear it Soo tight and it helps
