This replacement was better then the one that came with the radio I cant believe that I was charged for a replacement .Never heard back from seller when I tried to email them on how the clip that came with the radio was not right the pin kept coming out where the clip went side ways

Broke the clip for my baofeng. Glad I could replace it.Heads up: it doesn't come with screws, but in my case that was good because I was just going to use the screws that came with the baofeng anyways.

I have no complaints about this other than wishing that it had come with my . It was easy to remove the screws from my radio, put this in place, and reattach the screws. I often clip it to my belt when I am walking around outside.As another reviewer pointed out, this does not come with screws, but as long as you didn't lose or damage the ones that come pre-installed in your radio, you should be all set.
