1. Put one handle into holder, place the seal on the claw. Lead the seal with one hand when turning the handle with the other.
2. Hold both handles then take them away from the holder.
3. Put the seal aside.
4. Release a handle then turn it ground gently.
5. Take twistor away from the gland smoothly.

Sure, you can put those inner hydraulic seals in with a pair of needle nose pliers but, you are always going to risk damaging the seal with the sharp corners on those pliers. Well, unless you grind those corners down smooth and ruin your pliers for anything else. But why go through all that bother when for under $21 you can get a nice, purpose made set of installers like these? These just make it so EASY! And safe for the seals. And being made of rustproof stainless steel, they will look good and last you a lifetime with just a little care.

If you are doing ANY work on hydraulic rams, gently deforms the seal to allow easy insertion into the ram tube. This is a must have.
