As a guy with a bit of extra fluff, I'm always looking for a nice compression shirt to look a bit more trim when necessary. I've come to like wearing compression shirts while I work out, as it help with body awareness. This shirt has the nice design in the stitching which I see some have said they don't like, but I like that it give the shirt some visual interest, when I'm wearing it at the gym. Fit is about right for the size and the material and quality seems good.

I ordered at my normal shirt size. It's comfortable all day. It provides light compression and shaping. It works great as an undershirt. If you're really looking for compression and shaping as a primary, you might consider getting a size smaller than usual. Overall, easy recommendation.

Ordered an XL shirt and was way too small so I sent it back and ordered a XXL. It wasn’t much bigger if at all.The neck is cut too far up on the neck especially for a tight compression shirt. The length is also too short. XXL might be ok if you wear a Medium or Large.

As a 50+ year-old guy, 5’8” and 190 lbs, I was curious to see how this shirt would perform—and it doesn’t disappoint. It fits snugly, smooths the chest and midsection, and stays comfortable during workouts. I’ve included two images: one shows the size difference compared to a regular large shirt, and the other is me wearing it.The shirt feels durable, doesn’t snag, and works well for gym sessions or under casual clothes. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars for now. If it holds up after a year, it’ll get a 5. It does what it claims, and that’s good enough for me.

This is a nice compression shirt and I especially like the printed design that gives this a sporty, athletic look and accentuates the V shape. I'm 6'2", 225lbs with a 36" waist and 46" chest, so I would usually purchase an XL, but I'm glad I went for the XXL.The shirt runs small and although it does stretch, the XXL just feels more comfortable while still providing maximum compression. If you're planning on wearing this under clothing for a slimming effect, you might do okay with your regular size, but as a workout/exercise shirt, you'll appreciate the flexibility of a larger size.

I don’t compete in sports anymore, and it’s been years since I’ve played football. While I’m still in reasonably good shape, a compression type of t-shirt under a dress shirt makes me seem just a little bit fitter. At least it feels that way to me. This Beotyshow compression t-shirt does offer a good amount of compression uniformly, and especially around my chest. It has been comfortable wearing it for an entire day.I normally wear a size XL, and this XL fits me very well. This is probably the snuggest fitting compression shirt I now own. I’m happy with it, but I wouldn’t order a size down like I sometimes do with compression shirts. You might actually want to order a size up if you’re not used to wearing compression shirts. The only item I might have changed would be to loose the designs and just have a solid colored shirt. Nothing really wrong with those designs, but it’s not like I would need those showing through a thin dress shirt either.I can recommend this compression t-shirt. Seems to be sized accurately and provides a good, snug fit. Very comfortable to wear.

The Lady Zenopause, my brutally honest and beautiful wife, saw this pic of me in the Beotyshow Compression Shirt and said, "You're not going to wear that in public, are you?" Not the first time I've heard this, folks. Anyway, the answer is no. It's an underlayer, dearest. It shan't see the light of day, I promise. It's the second Beotyshow Compression Shirt I've ordered, the first being a tank top, and although I'm not totally sure if it's tight due to size or compression level, it really squeezes. So why not five stars?➕PLUSES+Compression. The hug factor is excellent. I'm 5'10, 165, and the medium has serious grip- I doubt I could worm into a small, and probably would have to cut my way out. Is the compression due to some stitching sorcery that accommodates our anatomy, or is it just a tight fit? I like tight underlayers for martial arts, especially BJJ, because they're good under a gi, and they also keep chest heart rate straps secure. This is really good in that capacity. Check the pics- I'm a fairly muscular old geezer, and there's no extra room in that shirt.+Construction. The Beotyshow is very well made, with tight, fine weave and stitching, and tough material with a nice stretchy give. It's gonna last.➖MINUSES-Price. I said the same thing about the other Beotyshow shirt: It's a great item, but is it worth $20? It is just a compression T after all, even though it's a damn good one. Twenty bucks might be a fair price, but I'd like $15-18 much better.☞TAKEAWAYEven spending $20, you probably won't regret the purchase, and I waffled between four and five stars. But I don't like rounding up; uncertainty means it isn't top notch, for whatever reason, and in this case, it's solely the cost that keeps it from the five star Outstanding Value rating. Still, I like it, and will be following this brand.Cheers,Z

I tried to like this compression shirt since it really tightened up my body and I didn’t feel it irritating my skin like those mesh shirts. The fabric felt really nice. The problem was the neck area. The crew neck was designed a bit too high and made me super uncomfortable.
