I’ve had my set for almost 3 years and the vanish has only started fading in the last year. None have peeled paint at all. And I have been VERY hard on them. I run them in the dishwasher very often and I’ve left them soaking in water overnight. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the rose gold is. I really don’t think you can beat the quality for the price. 10/10 recommend

I've had them for over a year and the aren't fading like everyone has said. I'm going to be purchasing more soon .. as I would like to cycle out all my silverware for the rose gold .. and I love the shape of the spoons 🥰

I purchased two of these flatware sets plus extra teaspoons and a 10pc. hostess serving set as a gift for my daughter-in-law for Thanksgiving 2024. I am shocked and disappointed to see the amount of color wear today, less than two months later. It’s embarrassing to have given this product as a gift. Do not recommend.

I like the design/slim shape of this cutlery. Love the two tone black/gold. Not blindingly flashy. I have the everyday boring knives/forks etc. But I decided to glam up my (small drop leaf) table place setting to give a lift and a smile when I was ready to dine. They are quite sturdy and I do take care to hand wash them in order to keep them appealing. Good buy, reasonable price.... and I love them.

I first ordered these in 2020. The tips finally showed wear with some of the color coming off on more used pieces like forks. So I purchased several sets again. We use them as our every day flatware although they are pretty enough to be the "Sunday best" set! We put them in the dishwasher

Looks great, weight is good and NOT dishwasher safe! Guests accidentally put them in the dishwasher and the black coating is peeling off.

This is a beautiful set! It is medium to almost light weight, but not in a cheap feeling in the hand kind of way. The edges are nice and smooth as opposed to some rough cut silverware that you would find in some cheaper restaurants. I haven’t owned the set for very long and only handwash all of my dishes. So far there is no sign of fade or wear. There can be some water spots if they air dry, but that doesn’t bother me, as I know they are clean and would come out the same if washed in a dishwasher (but may wear faster). If I really feel the pressure to have spotless flatware, I’ll guess I would hand dry them. While I have not had an issue, Berglander appears to stand behind its products. They included a quality guarantee certificate that looks and feels similar to a credit card, with an individual number on it. The silverware came in a rather small, relatively plain, slightly dated box compared to anything you would find in a store. I do not have an issue with the packaging whatsoever, but I had seen some reviews where people marked a product down one or more stars because the packaging basically wasn’t a display case. Whether the set is for yourself or a gift, don’t mark it down because of the packaging. No one but miserable people with nothing better to complain about will give a rip about the packaging in a very short amount of time. There is contact information stating to use it if there are any issues with quality. I am including pics of the set, the warranty certificate card, and the packaging. Overall, I am very happy with this set and would buy again.
