This didn't really attract any trout. However, when combined with a live worm it "might" have helped as the bites started coming in.

I live in central Texas where the TPWD stocks rainbow trout in the winter time, I bought this to try and it was no disappointment, I use a size 6 or smaller hook with 1 to 2 pieces of the florescent orange powerbait trout nibbles. I've used a bobber with about 3 feet between it and the bait and I've used split shot to fish the bottom. It depends on the condition of the water, clearer water I use the bobber and stained water I fish the bottom. I caught a 22" catfish with this bait while trout fishing. I've caught my limit of 5 trout pretty quickly using the florescent orange. Try to hook the bait through the center of the flat spot. Your gonna lose some cause it's not real strong bait. Try not to fling your line hard when casting or it will fly off.

I have over 10 Power Bait Flavors, 2 of these Garlic Flavors, 1 with glitter & 1 without. I also have many Trout Magnets, Trout Treats & a couple flavors of Trout Power Eggs, to name most of this "Power Bait Stuff".Maybe our Trout have a more discerning pallet because they won't even look at Power Bait of Any Variety must less hit them. I mean not even one bite in several stocked ponds, 2 reservoirs and several natural creeks across the state.Go buy a can of corn and save yourself a lot of money. You will also catch way more trout. You ask, Why don't I use corn? Very sadly, I am allergic to corn! No kidding.I am never buying any of this stuff or anything that says "Power Bait" on it ever again.I wish I could give this 0 Stars, it deserves it.

Worked perfectly! The nibbles are a good size and easy to manage as they don’t stick to each other in the jar. They also smell strongly which makes for good bait. A bit watery when in the water for a while and can fall apart, but does last a few casts

It works pretty good for rainbow trout, always have a pack or two in my tackle box.
