Used this fluoro many times in the past and really think it is the best fluoro for the money. In the past I bought the lines from Dicks Sporting and Bass Pro stores but thought I would give an Amazon retailer a try. The line came in on time but when I opened the spool up, it had a ton of bumps and imperfections. I chalked it up to the start of the spool as being aged but it turned out that the entire spool was off. Too much line memory and kinks.

Typical quality one would expect from Berkley. Lightweight, smooth action and problem free casting and reeling.

Ok line but tends to spool off reel too easily and tangle. Also seems to kink after 2 or 3 fish and 1-2 feet cut off...Having said that it is still one of the better Fluorcarbons I’ve used

Pretty decent floro for the price. Used it for making leaders and it worked well.

The only line my husband will use. This is what he depends on for his bass tournaments.

I have to say that I'm very happy with this flourocarbon. It's reasonably thin for its breaking strain, and is very difficult to see in water even when you're looking for it. I would have to assume that fish would struggle to see it rather more than some of the other options I've used in the past.It knots ok and they feel secure, and it should be slightly more robust than mono if fishing over snags.I'll update on longevity as and when as I've only used it on a couple of trips so far.

Unless fishing topwater I feel this is the best line out there for bass fishing. Keep it fresh and it wont let you down.

I put this and some Berkley 'Vanish' Flouro on two rods. This seems more durable and just as invisible. I use it on baitcasters, casts really well.
