The color is not "neony" and definitely not dull - has the perfect amount of shine to give anything an air of festivity. We're using for reunion favors and I was worried it might not be close enough of a match. Works beautifully for the favors we're tying in school colors of navy, gray & orange. Very pleased with this product & will purchase again!
