Bought this for a costume for my son for Little Women (the play). The buttons were completely unusable. We had to have a seamstress sew a zelcro strip on it to seal it. The buttons were loose and the holes were too small. It didn't iron well - so looked sort of baggy/wrinkly. Wouldn't buy this brand again.

The large is not really an 'American' large. Will fit a normal to slim size kid.
