These solved the problem of having bought a series of a TV show that had up to 50 disks in a single box. Multiple disks will be on a single prong that are hard to get off. We came up with putting them in these individual envelopes in a box and they make finding any disk much easier. They fit perfectly and the window lets you see what is inside.

Holds a CD or two if you're willing to stack them. They are thin paper and could rip easily if you aren't careful, but as a quick way to protect a CD they work great.

Paper is smooth and does not appear to be coated, which I prefer because if you write on the sleeve or decorate the sleeve the paint or ink will take. Great to make a personalized sleeve for gifting. There is the usual circular clear window in center so you can see CD/DVD inside the sleeve as well. Price was reasonable. Happy with purchase.
