This outdoor burner is huge, meant for very large pots, only the largest kitchen pans will work on this. Was hoping to use for frying and cooking things like fish outside. The burner assembly seems high quality and is made of heavy cast iron. The frame itself is less impressive, made out of stamped steel. Puts out impressive amount of heat, and burns an according amount of propane. Easy to use regulator, no built in flame starter.

One-half star was removed for the slightly too light frame. Besides that, this is a very impressive burner with an output high enough to get a real wok chi flavor. I would recommend a wok ring so that it is stable unless you are using a flat-bottomed wok, which is not, IMHO, a wok :)This produces a lot of heat and burns a lot of fuel. I also use it for paella, where we use a large paella pan and have a lot of liquid to burn off.The nice thing about this burner is the consistency of the flame, anywhere on the pan or wok. It's not as critical for a crab boil, where you're just boiling water, but it's good to know if you want to use it for something that requires a bit more watching, such as paella, that your heat will be evenly distributed.

My family used this for the first time tonight and we are so happy! We broke this out and used it to make a good oil seafood boil. Set up was fairly simple and the burner is super solid. Size is about right to make it convenient and not a burden. The value for the money is unmatched. Once connected to propane this fire burned hot and consistent. Super functional, I'll be using this all summer.

This review is for the Bestfire 120,000 BTU Propane Outdoor Burner 7" Circular Burner Head with 16" Square Steel Cooktop for Camping, Seafood Boils, and Home Brewing.This thing is huge and it's awesome! It's very heavy duty, it's simple to assemble and should last forever if taken proper carre of! If you need to use a smaller size pan on it, get one of the solid stainless steel diffuser plates they make for gas/convection stoves. It'll give you a solid stable flat surface on top of the burner. It will take it a little bit longer or a higher flame for whatever your heating in the pan to reach temp, but I use them all the time on our gas stovetop and I love them! It also keeps all the black charr gunk from getting on the outside of your good cookware! And it's easy to scrub off the stainless steel diffuser plate once it's cooled too!This thing is great for being portable too as it weighs in at just over 10Lbs, I have a metal stand I'll set it up on and the propane tank can sit on the ground. I have a side burner on our gas grill, but it's limited space and doesn't allow for huge large stockpots/canners to be used on it. When canning home grown veges I don't want that heat in the house! I'm paying enough on the electric with using the AC to cool the house when it's hot/humid out. With this I can set up my outdoor kitchen on our side covered patio and do all that canning outside! This is large, and perfect for my outdoor cooking using the large stockpots. I ordered this primarily for the seafood boils that require my BIG stockpots, and am not disappointed. The flame and heat output is easily regulated, and you can see all the little jets. This is pretty easy to assemble, and only takes a few minutes. The frame is very sturdy, and the burner is pretty heavy duty. The hose is of good length. This is a great price for the size and functionality. I am very pleased with this burner!

Great burner! It was easy to assemble and very straight forward, so simple there were no instructions on how to assemble included in the box! The burner is huge! It's so big I will need a bigger wok (see pic). There are lots of little jets so heat out and control are great! You could use this for traditional wok cooking or even stand a giant pot an deep fry a turkey with this burner! I really glad I got this.

This is very sturdy and well made. It was easy to put together and didn't take long at all. It's bug so you can put big pins or even the heavy casket iron pans. The hose is nice and long but I would have liked it too have longer legs so your not haunch over. But overall it's amazing great product and the price is fine for the quality work this burner is. It'll be great for camping or daily use if you cook outside.

First off, this thing is huge. Made for a large cast iron griddle or maybe a deep fry turkey setup. It puts out some BTUs. Assembly was pretty easy. You need your own tools. I had two problems though. First, one of the metal support brackets for the cast iron burner was bent and needed a bit of straightening. This resulted in some paint chipping off the bracket. Second, one of the three screws holding the iron burner to a bracket was partially stripped. I had to swap some screws around to get things to tighten okay. Otherwise it would have been trip to hardware store. The frame itself is reasonably sturdy. Nice propane hose with regulator. Again, good setup for large jobs.
