Works really well and is easy to install. The diffusion is nice, and the closer you bring the light to the subject the softer this gets so it's great for smaller object stuff like macro and so forth. It seems to dissapate heat well on the video lights I've used with it (Amaran 60x, and Zhiyun Molus G100). Haven't had any issues with the fabric or sewing, though one did get a permanent food stain splash on it when we were doing a shoot, but at the price it's easy just to buy another one to replace it.Overall for the cost, and the fact you get two, it's a great purchase. Normally when it comes to photography and videography modifiers get pricey, so getting something for less than $10 for our gear is amazing. This is a nice buy just to throw in the bag as an emergency just in case you need it. It's really nice if you are planning on using straight reflector photos for macro type stuff and you want some extra diffusion.

Item fits my AD600 reflector but unfortunately I returned it because the material is not pure white, causing a magenta to red color cast in my images.

I have a Godox AD-R6 7 and a Soonpho 7" Standard Reflector.AD-R6 is a tad larger 181mm and the Soonpho is around 178.5mm.No problems fitting this diffuser to both reflector as seen on the picture (Godox AD-R6)Diffuser material is good quality. Better than the other once I got from another vendor.With this better material, the diffuser colors are a tad warmer and losses almost close to a 1 stop of light on a FlashPoint Explor 300Pro.The same loss close to 1 stop of light on my V1 round head speedlight Flash.

Such a simple little cloth that allows great control of a soft light. Great spread of light bright and soft. Great little socks to have in your bags for many uses.

Buy this diffuser from "THIS SELLER" !!!! Bought from different seller the first time. The product was so big it fell off a 7" Bowens Reflector. This item fots PERFECTLY!!!!. Tead the tevires and dont eaiqst anytime with something else. This fots and works right out of the package.

These diffuser socks are exactly what I was looking for. I have several standard 7" Bowens-mount reflectors and need to soften their light output a bit. These diffusers fit snugly and provide just the effect I need. Their construction appears to be durable enough to hold up in typical use and the Amazon price on this two-pack can't be beat. Highly recommended!

These Diffusing socks are a very tight fit on the Bown Mount reflector. Quite slippery too. I Guess its a matter of practice. Once on the light they seem to work. I have not done a test to see how many stops they reduce the light. But since these covers come as a pair, I think it would be nice to have two different thicknesses of material to have two options of diffusion; light and heavy. Time will tell if these diffusers last after many uses. I wish they were a bit larger so it would be easier to put on the reflector.
