Works well and does exactly what it's supposed to. However, in rough terrain the bolt that holds the hooks to the mounting bracket like to loosen, despite the tension spring, making it rattle around.

We used these to hold up a gun on our side by side and with a few movements of taking the gun in and out we felt like it wouldn’t hold up well. Ended up returning them. Maybe they would fit better in something else. However, they were easy to install.

I wasn't crazy about the fact that you had to use different cushions to snug the gun in tight but it works just as expected.. good deal for the money
