STAY AWAY from HJS Supply Co. Sent me an item that is defective right out of the box. The liquid would not mix once the system turns on.Took forever to get a return label and once they received it, they took a couple pictures and say it is different compared to their current stock when it clearly shows same exact thing. You can see for yourself, does it look like any liquid was used? Can the caps be removed? Clearly not! This is a special designed cap to prevent opening to refill as it is a 1 time use item.Liquid color varies, sure but how is that my fault? They ordered from different batches, who knows why? Yet they have the audacity to insinuated it was "different" as if I had something to do with the difference in color, and refused to refund. Seriously?100% SHADY!!! Very poor business practice and have filed to Amazon to investigate this seller...

Seems like a knockoff. The packaging is cheap, and the soap might as well be dyed water. We’ve already gone through more than half of the bottle in a week, but a real bottle would last us for well over a month usually

This product is good. We been using it for 5 years already and it does it work. However, this seller sells it way tooo expensive. WB maison sells 4 bottle in carton and it comes up to $21 per bottle.
