Great product, works great. However (LOL) the mount in anchored but there is no locking for the unit. So, very easy to knock off its mount and smash at the base of the shower.

Habe schon länger nach soeteas gesucht, oft haben aber die Bewertungen einen verschreckt. Nun nach knapp 1 Jahr im Einsatz, kann ich sagen. Das Ding lohnt sich. Man spart beim Duschgel etc. durch das dosieren. Man verschwendet nichts unnötiges.Hatte bisher garkeine Probleme. Alles ist dicht und es hält bisher 1A an der Wandfliese!

The dispenser worked great after following the provided instructions for getting the pumps set up. Did not drip or leak the shampoo, conditioner, or lotion I stocked in the dispenser.Used the four small squares of adhesive to attach it to my shower wall, and it stayed firmly attached for two years. (June 2022 to July 2024) Unfortunately, when the adhesive failed and the dispenser fell, it broke on impact with the shower floor, so I will not be able to re-attach it to the wall.

Great for bathroom. I got two of these and thinking of getting another. On my first one, one section stopped working. Others work fine to this day. Got clogged up but the second one I bought is working great after two years. Handy they stick well to bath tiles. Have not fallen down in the two years I have them.

First off, I have to address some of the other reviews of this product. For whatever reason, there are customers out there who decided to 'do their own thing' in terms of mounting this dispenser on their shower walls and were distraught when some number of days or weeks later their dispenser fell. The mounting supplies included with this kit (the waterproof glue and double-sided tape) are incredibly strong and the included instructions are unambiguously clear as to how to properly mount the dispenser on your shower wall. I followed the instructions and the dispenser might as well be bolted to my shower wall (quickly approaching my 3-year anniversary with the product). Furthermore, other reviews have shared that--after proper installation!--it took a tremendous amount of effort to remove the residual glue left on the wall.My pro tip on the install is that after applying the glue to the mount and then pressing the mount against the wall, you should run the container itself into and out of its mount while the glue is still wet to smooth it out. This ensures you won't have a ridge of glue preventing the container part of the dispenser from going in and out smoothly when you need to refill it, with the added bonus of spreading the glue over the plastic grills for maximum hold.Now, yes, some of the reviews here mentioned the pumps failing over time. Unfortunately my unit was no exception- one of my pumps slowly became less effective, until finally we discovered a small crack in the neck of it that expanded until it eventually snapped. But, given the lifetime warranty on the pumps, I reached out to Better Living via their website, and within hours a customer service representative contacted me offering to send me replacement pumps. In this day and age it is simply mind-blowing to interact with a real human in a customer service encounter, and furthermore for the company to stand behind the warranty on their product and honor it.In short- this is the shower dispenser pump you want. *Follow the installation instructions correctly* and should one of your pumps fail, Better Living will make it right. Support this business!

The overall quality, design and appearance of this dispenser is nice. However, the adhesive failed causing it to fall and shatter into many pieces making it unusable. A much stronger adhesive is needed to secure it to the shower wall.

I moved into my first place at the beginning of August. Seeing how this is my first home, I wanted to make sure that everything was super clean and organized and so I looked for something that I could put up in my spa shower for my shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I saw this product and immediately loved it. It could fit an entire bottles worth of each item into each of the sections. i promptly ordered 2, one for me and one for my fiancé. I installed according to all directions. I was proud that it came out so well. Que not even a week later when it falls off the wall entirely, shattering into pieces and dumping my brand new bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash all over the floor of my shower. To say that I was fuming, would be an understatement. But hey these things happen right? So I decided that I would order a new one, as my fiancé is has not fallen off the wall yet. I thought perhaps it was faulty adhesion with mine and not his. Ordered a new one and requested a refund on the broken one. I did receive my refund, and I did install the new one. It has been on the wall now for about a month and a half. Today was the day that it came crumbling to the floor. Yet again exploding, shattering, and destroying all products that was within. I am now absolutely furious. Not only did I waste money on this product, but I’ve wasted money on the body care items that were within. I will not be buying us again, and will be researching for something better. Don’t waste your money.

We love this dispenser as this helps us declutter our bathroom. It sticks properly if you follow the instructions. We have been using it for quite sometime now and it’s still there and the dispensing part is really good as it does not waste any.

Works Perfectly.Installed without a hitch (did use my own silicon to the one provided as a precaution)Make sure you allow the silicone to cure for the recommended amount of time (usually 12-48 hours depending on the brand) before placing the dispensing unit on the bracket or filling it with productsIf you read how to prime the dispenser in the supplied manual it works really fast.STEP 1: Fill with Liquid/Gell of choice (I use a very thick moisturiser style conditioner and it works fine)STEP 2: Press the dispenser button and keep your finger pressed downStep 3: Cover dispensing hole under the button and lift the finger from the dispenser button.Step 4: Repeat as many times as needed (the longest one was for my conditioner and it was 10 goes)Works like a charm and has been used for months without issues.
