Love the aesthetic of the drawstring. Unfortunately, in 2 instances the metal tips fell off when the clothing item with the drawstring finished drying.

Easy to thread through the waist line of sweat pants because of the sturdy metal ends.BUT, the sturdy, metal-looking, ends are actually plastic and they MELT in the dryer.

It works perfectly for replacing a string I lost in my pants, that was destroyed by the dryer. The end pieces are a little big and almost did not work when restringing by pants.
