Smooth material. After reading reviews I assumed the size would work for my daughter. Someone mentioned getting a medium. Size for their 12 year old. They mentioned how it was too long and bigger than they thought. So assumed my 12 year old being a bit above average in size and height would fit them. While they fit her they could be longer she is 5'3. Otherwise they fit like tights. Next time I will try the large

The crotch of these pants is exceedingly long for whatever reason. Even for high waisted. They do run slightly big on my 7 year old, but she loves them. The color is a deep peachy pink. Very pretty. She says they are very comfortable. They have pockets on both sides and the tag is in the fabric so no annoying tag.

These pants are well made and the material is nice and soft. It has a great amount of stretch for yoga/dance pants. My concern is how long they are, my daughter is very tall for her age but these pants are several inches too long even though they fit in the waist.

These fit just as expected. Stick to your sizing chart provided in the product description. They may be a touch long for some, but every body is different especially those still growing. My daughter (7) I ordered a Medium and they fit her nicely since she is tall. She loves the pockets and fabric. They are comfortable for her to wear all day and total freedom of movement and the flares are big enough for boots underneath as well. She adores the cross waist in the front and says its very comfortable and fits so nicely.

My daughter really liked these leggings, although I probably should have gotten a size down as she is on the shorter side. So pay attention to the sizing chart. I thought "Girls", and thought my teen would be a large, but I think the sizing chart is accurate. So they are a little long on her. She is relatively skinny, and these are not tight on her at all. If anything, they have a decent amount of space so I think they would fit someone who isn't super skinny too. If you are looking for something really form fitting and you have a skinny girl, then these might not be form fitting leggings.Overall, she likes them, so 5 stars.

When I pulled them out of the package, I initially thought they'd be too long and too small, but they have a good amount of stretch, aren't see-through, easy to move in, and were the perfect height for my 5 ft daughter. They're soft to the touch, and while they're not the thickest material in the world, they're not like thin knit, either.
