How To Measure
Neck (Collar)
Take a well-fitting dress shirt, lay the collar flat and measure from center of neck button to beginning of buttonhole.
Overarm
For suit jackets and sport jackets only, measure over your arms at the highest point of the shoulder blades and the fullest part of arms. If the difference between the chest and the overarm measurement is greater than 7 inches, order the next larger size.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape up under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep your arms relaxed.
Waist
Measure around waist where you normally wear your pants (measure over shirt, but not over slacks or belt).
Sleeve
With forearm parallel to chest, measure from back center of neck around the elbow to the wrist bone. You can also use a well-fitting shirt, fold at center of shoulder and measure the same as above.

Unlike other manufacturers of this type of jacket, this one has a snug, tailored fit.The sleeves are too long and the hood is too wide, but I was able to hem them myself.Amazon has another (original?) versin of a toggle, duffle coat on line that has a nicer lining and a little better feel to the wool - but it a terrible (extra wide) fit. I much prefer this version and the quality is almost as good.

I received this duffle coat, looked at it, even tried it on......and returned it. The material looked as cheap as you can imagine, like a (cheap} plastic fiber.People who look for a woolen looking duffle coat, abstain

It's a substantial winter coat in the nautical style - which means the hood is big, it has toggle closures, it's navy, and it's warm. The craftsmanship is better than expected given the price point. Fit is good, but I'll say again - the hood is surprisingly large (I think the style was meant to fit over a naval cap). It's removable, though, so I just removed it. Pleased with the purchase. Not an everyday item, but fun to mix it up in the winter outerwear from time to time. A splash of functional fashion I can pull off.

I’ve been looking for a nice duffle coat for some time. What I have seen is often poor quality and craftsmanship and poorer materials. So I took a chance on Amazon and this duffle does NOT disappoint.The materials are quality. Luxurious wool, attention to details in the stitching, real leather. The sleeves are cut properly with plenty or room for it to be layer over a suit. The detachable hood is great. I cannot say enough good things about this jacket.If this is the quality products I can expect for this sellers I will definitely be looking at their store for more items.Job done with this duffle coat.

Just bought this two weeks ago and it's an excellent coat. I'm 6'2, 245 lbs, and wear a 48 inch suit jacket and 38 inch suit pants & have fairly long arms to give you perspective. I love lifting weights hence the 10 inch drop. I bought the XL and it fits like a glove. It is tighter to the body & arms giving a very tailored look. The arm length is perfect as well. Again I'm a bit bigger/longer in the arms (I wear a 36/37 inch dress shirt in the arms) are snug so you won't be able to wear a suit jacket underneath this for example. (Not that you would as the looks would clash.)Next the coat is nice and heavy so even in cold weather, just a sweater underneath it is fine.Quality & detail is superb with the toggles, buttons, zippers and lining. Very happy with this coat so have no concerns buying it.Below is a picture of me wearing it.

I dont know if i have a wide back or long arms but i found the sleeves too short on this coat just reaching my wrist, definately will not be buying a coat online again. overall quality of the coat was good though.
