The plunger seemed nice but no instructions are included on how to properly attach, adjust or use the hover rest, I even checked the company website. I’m not even sure if it’s the correct one for my bow. Lame.

The plunger/ arrow rest combo tunes my bow so arrows are perfectly shot from center. It took a bit of YouTube videos and taking the item apart to understand how it worked.The item ships with the middle value tension spring inserted. For my Victory VAP 800 spines arrows I switched to the lighter spring and arrows fly straight and true!Great performance for the great price!!

I've ordered a couple of these for both my barebows. The rest is fantastic, and exceptional value. Tried some others and came back to the Bicaster. The wire suits barebow or recurve, and has a great series of bends to it, that gives excellent fletching clearance. The plunger is nicely colored and designed for a basic model. I appreciate the O-ring on the locknut. One of the two I ordered, one came with 3 hard springs. The 2nd came with light, medium and stiff. Bicaster makes excellent stuff (especially the 3 under tab) which I have no hesitation to recommend on the range or online.

Bought this rather than the overpriced "available" (but rarely in stock) rest offered at bow shops. This is a well made basic rest that once adjusted for the bow performs perfectly. As a recurve archer for more than 60 years I recommend this rest to every intelligent archer unwilling to get boned by predatory retailers. This is a very fine rest. Since my original purchase I have bought 3 more and all of them have been excellent.

I bought this plunger and rest for my SinoArt Falcon recurve bow. With all of the adjustments it was easy to set up my rest to centerpoint. It has allowed for improved accuracy and works great for me.
