I just got the HVO bicep tricep curl machine, and let me tell you, it’s made my home gym absolutely perfect! As someone who’s been into fitness for years, I can confidently say this machine is top-notch.The movement integrity is flawless—whether I’m doing bicep curls or tricep extensions, the smooth motion targets the muscles perfectly. The pump I get is insane!The 24 adjustable angles are a total game-changer. Switching positions is super easy, and the arm pads are perfectly angled for maximum comfort and effectiveness. Plus, the extra handle included is a nice touch.Stability? Rock-solid. Made with commercial-grade steel, it doesn’t wobble or tip, even when I’m pushing heavy weights (it supports up to 500 lbs!). The resistance band anchor adds even more versatility to my workouts.The adjustable seat and arm pads make it super customizable—it fits my 6’2 frame perfectly—and it doesn’t take up much space in my garage gym. Assembly was a breeze, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.If you’re serious about arm training, this machine is worth every penny. Highly recommend! 💪🔥

At this price point, this machine is well-made, with all the mounting holes perfectly aligned and a great powder coating. For a home gym, its quality is excellent. Mine came with the sleeve for Olympic plates and a rope handle , yay. (I had previously thought that the rope would be an additional accessory that needed to be purchased, but I was clearly mistaken).The adjustable arm pads also help me position my arms correctly for using the machine to perform bicep curls and tricep extensions, and I'm really impressed with the great workout results it provides.Additionally, there's a resistance anchor at the bottom of the machine, which allows resistance bands to be threaded through it for more stable tension. Overall, it's not expensive at the moment, and it's definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend it.
