I can understand how someone could both give this Zero stars & 5 Stars.It definitely requires time, adapability, handy skillz and likely a trip or two to the hardware shop. But once you nail it (if u are able to do so) swear it's the best $40 you've spent recently. I couldn't be more pleased.

Comfortable and adjustable. Works as intended. Good price. However, if your handlebars are 1"/25.4mm in diameter it's a pain to install. The clamps are so tight that just to get the bolt through so you can begin to thread the nut, you need to pinch the open end of the clamp with pliers, while holding the clamp, the pliers, and threading the bolt on. I managed to do it on my own, but took much longer than it should have and required more cursing. Design could have been better. But once it's on and everything is tightened all is good.

These bars are not going to be spotted on the Tour de France. However, if you use your bike on a trainer (magnetic, wind, oil, whatever), as I do, they are golden. Perfect. For a couple bucks you can turn your trainer exercise from something that is damaging your carpal tunnel nerves to a really great experience that doesn't damage those nerves.We all have it. Every biker has it. Carpal Tunnel damage. Probably most of us don't know yet. But you will eventually. This very inexpensive product will be a big help.

well made and comes with all parts required - don't expect top of the line machining on anything included but it's passable and usable - absolutely NO tools are included and barely any directions so either you need to know what you're doing or YouTube it - you'll need three different sized Allen wrenches (hex keys) installation is a bit awkward and a second person helps so you don't keep dropping stuff - does not come with rubber shims rather they include aluminum which will wreck the finish on your handlebars - I opted for black electric tape which worked ok but I will probably reposition them and use rubber shims instead - like other similar style handlebars you will need to retighten as you go - otherwise price point is good for the quality you get so I recommend these
