You are purchasing from a US company located in Los Angeles, California. Hardheaded Ram was created by an avid cyclist who realized that people spend thousands of dollars on a bike, and then end up skimping on the most important part of their bike by installing cheap unbranded brake pads. We’re here to solve that by providing quality brake pads for all types of bikes and riding styles. After months of research and testing, we have partnered with a respectable company in Taiwan that specializes in manufacturing brake pads, including for many brand name products. The rotors we carry are also manufactured in the same factory as the brake pads, so you can expect both our brake pads and rotors to work well with each other. All of our products will fit perfectly with brake systems of all brands, including: Avid, Campagnolo, Formula, Hayes, Hope, Magura, Shimano, Sram, Tektro, and more.

The Hardheaded Ram Difference

  1. We use ceramic fiber in all of our pads, so that they perform better under high temperatures.
  2. Our pads include copper fiber—instead of cheaper steel fiber—for better wear resistance and thermal conductivity.

Swapped out my oem stock metal (noisy as hell) pads for these bad boys.They're fantastic. On both my avid centerline and sram hs2 rotors) the Kevlar seems to mitigate the noise tons. Love these pads, gonna try the blue versions next. Get them, you won't be disappointed.

Brake pads were a perfect match for the Rail 7 gen 2 Electric Mountain bike.Update to reviewI've bought two sets of these brakes, first ones were great, the second set were noisy as can be. I replaced them with the previous brake pads and the noise went away. so Really it's a crap shoot with this brand. very expensive to be this inconsistent.

I ride a Transition Sentinel with SRAM code R brakes. These pads are advertised to be compatible with these brakes but they are not. The mounting tab is too short to position the pads over the rotor. When installed, the rotor only contacts about half the pads. Obviously very dangerous and frustrating after specifically checking the compatibility. Very disappointed.
