I wanted to like this computer because it’s wireless, and it has an easily readable screen. The menu is also very easy to get into and navigate. Unfortunately, it just will not work for me.After I installed this bike computer I was excited to try it out. I tested it before I took it out to be sure it was working and it was. When I got out there and started riding, however, the computer was just showing all 0’s. I even rode it around the block to make sure it wasn’t just asleep and needed to wake up, but nothing. I kept trying moving the sensor closer to the magnet and then further away but nothing was happening. While I was still riding around I got the idea to remove the receiver (the screen) and hold it down closer to the sensor and it started working. I tried moving things around in a few different configurations and even left my phone out of my pocket in case it was interfering with the signal, but it was all in vain. It seems that the signal was just too weak to get from my front forks to the handlebars, and keep in mind, this is a compact bike that folds up and is designed to fit into a car’s trunk. It’s only got 16” tires for goodness sake so it has less distance to go than a full sized 26” or higher bicycle. My best guess is that I may have just got a defective one. I even put new 2032 coin cell batteries in both the transmitter and receiver because I happened to have them but nope, still nothing. I couldn’t figure out a way to move them any closer together because the maximum distance apart they can be and still work is only about 12”.My overall impression of this bicycle computer is that it’s quite terrible simply because it refuses to work at a reasonable distance, I will say though, if it turns out that I just received a defective one and it had actually worked, everything else about it was great. At this time though, I’d have to say that if you’re not willing to gamble, I’d make my bets elsewhere.

This is such a great high tech bike speedometer! I have recently got back into bicycling and wanted a speedometer for my new bicycle. This speedometer does so much more than my last speedometer which only did miles and speed. Please note I would read the manual a couple times to make sure you know everything about this speedometer. The installation instructions were easy to read and follow along and pictures helped too! I would highly recommend this great high tech bike speedometer!

Well, I got this because I want to know my real time speed when I am riding my bike. It gives you a good idea of your current speed. It serve its purpose. The wireless sensor is pretty cool. I don't have to worry about the wiring. However, the sensor may move if you don't secure it properly and therefore, the sensor may not give you proper reading. There are occasion that the sensor slide down after a few hard bumps. because of this, I would have to fix it once in a while. it's a bit annoying. Other than that, it works decently well.

I ordered this Bike Computer Cycling Computer to mount on my bicycle, replacing the old, broken cycling computer I bought years ago. This computer has a wireless interface to the wheel-mounted sensor which is good (easier to install/maintain) yet does require 2 batteries to replace periodically (versus one battery with a wired sensor computer). Batteries are included with the computer. Installation was straightforward, but the install/usage instructions (included) are printed in very small print, and have a lot of poor English translations. The manual does not specify if the install setup is maintained across a replacement of the battery - if not, it is a major shortcoming of the product. The display holder bracket is mounted to the handlebars with small zip-ties - I would prefer to have a more robust rubber strap. The front wheel sensor sticks out a lot...I am pretty certain that this is going to easily get knockedloose during transport of the bike in the car. Once installed, it was easy to read the large display (which has backlighting), and cycle through the various options. Accuracy of the computer (when set up correctly) seems very good. The display has good readability. Overall, this is not a bad choice for a reasonably priced cycling computer with all the basic functions - speed, distance, time, etc.

This thing has turned out to be more trouble than it's worth. The instructions are terrible. It took two of us quite a while to install this on a bike. Once installed, it has continued to cause issues as the instructions aren't very clear about what the buttons do and how to get to the screen you want to see. Confusing matters further, pressing one of the unlabeled buttons means changing the language of the unit. Better hope you can remember which buttons to press to get back to English. We installed this on my mom's bike so that she could track mileage, but she hasn't really been able to use it for that because the main screen only shows the time and speed and she's afraid to press around with the buttons to find mileage because she doesn't want to screw up the settings that it took forever to get right. In short, it's not user friendly at all. Complicated to install, complicated to use. It also makes an annoying clicking noise on the tire while you ride. That may be standard for bike computers but we weren't expecting it.I definitely wouldn't recommend this. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it does at least function. But I'd go with a more trusted brand.
