These forefoot wedges are easily adjustable, since each wedge is 1.5 degrees. They easily stack on top of each other to give you the exact level of support you are looking for. I use 3 wedges so that I can achieve an angle of 4.5 degrees ... that's perfect for me.

One of my knees is very sensitive to foot angle after having recovered from a fracture some some 15 years ago. I found a pair of bike shoes that worked well for me at that time, and bought 5 pairs. I just used up my last pair, and couldn't find a bike shoe with the perfect footbed angle for my knee - I do imaging it is out there but it's hard to tell without actually attaching a cleat and riding a few miles. To cut to the chase, using this wedge allows me to make the foot angle almost perfect, or maybe as good as it can be. It worked for me, but I wasn't sure whether it would work, and was hesitant to shell out for this rather high-priced item without prior assurance. Maybe it will work for you and you won't regret the price, or maybe it won't work for you and you won't get your money back. You have to pay to find out, without prior assurance, but if your problem is serious enough it's worth the gamble.

If you need to angle your foot and you have a little excess room in the front of your cycling shoe, these are a great solution. My shoes were a little loose, so I could get two stacked up under my insole. They fit perfectly in my size 45 Shimano shoes, without having to trim them. I need about 6 degrees of correction, so I also had to use three cleat wedges. Overall, I like the shoe inserts better because the cleat wedges are more laborious to install, and not very durable (they get deformed when you tighten the cleat screws.) They seem overpriced, but I suppose they have to have the wedge-shaped plastic sheet stock custom made...and since it completely got rid of my knee pain, I'm not complaining.

After tons of experimenting with Bikefit cleat wedges, I ended up using three cleat wedges in one shoe and 2 in the other. But the 3-wedge shoe just wasn't right. I added an ITS wedge and perfection! Total linear mechanics while cycling know! I advise testing in front of a mirror whike on a trainer. You need to feel and see no lateral knee movement.I also use two ITS wedges in one running sneaker and one ITS wedge in the other, in addition to one ITS wedge for each HEEL. Just trim to fit the smaller heel area of the sneaker. They go under my Superfeet Green. It takes a lot of experimenting, patience and an honest observations to get the right fit. Try one at a time and take photos/videos and write down your observations.Working with a professional is always better, but if you understand pronation and the importance of linear mechanics, and you only ride/run recreationally, you can do this yourself. For anybody who rides/runs hard, you'd be crazy to risk your joints to save a few hundred dollars on a bike fit or custom orthotics.

Bought these in conjunction with the under-cleat wedges and they fit fine. Stay in place under my insoles without any adhesive. Pretty much carefree. I have shifted them to three different pairs of shoes: DMT Prism, Bont and Northwave ExtremeTech, in size 47 and 48. Nary a problem. And, in conjunction with the under-cleat, work beautifully to correct my pronation.

Someone recommended these to me because I was having so many knee issues while cycling. I spent like $200 on a bike fitting, got a new saddle, tried correcting my form, adjusting my seat height, but NOTHING worked. I was very limited by the amount of riding I could do. When I ordered these online and received them in the mail, I was pretty cynical. But after putting them in my biking cleats and going for a 40-miler, I was pain-free for the first time. I didn't want to get too excited too soon, so I just kept going on long rides to see if the pain would come back. It didn't!!!!! Thanks to this product, I will be doing my first century ride, which I NEVER would have been able to do with my knee pain. I just did a 68-miler today (with hills) and have ZERO knee pain!!! What a miracle!!!!! Whoever invented these is a GENIUS!!!!!

My feet used to hurt terribly on long rides. I have used these inserts along with the shims that go in the cleats and found a remarkable difference in comfort! If your feet hurt when you ride I recommend you try these out!
