This bike seat pad is simple to use, and offers greatly improved comfort on long bike rides. The seat pad is generously-wide, and slips easily over your existing bike seat. The velcro strap underneath does a good job of holding the cushion in place, ad the ergonomic design is good for both men and women. The seat cushion is well-made and appears quite durable. Only a few uses, so far, but this cushion is holding up very well- maintaining it's shape and support. Very satisfied.

I do like this bike seat cover. But after struggling for what seems like 20 minutes to get the not-so-stretchy bottom side fabric to wrap around my seat for a total fit I gave up and fitted it on my son's bike. He already had a comfortable seat, being a newer bike, but still he says it's a big improvement and he even became willing to ride farther now. So overall that's a win. Just be advised if you have a tallish adult-sized seat this probably won't work out so well. It does have Velcro straps in addition to the stretch fabric so it could still work I suppose but for a truly stable attachment you need to muscle it on by stretching the fabric all the way around.

I’m incredibly impressed with this bike seat cover! The gel padding provides exceptional comfort, significantly improving my riding experience whether I'm cycling outdoors or indoors. It fits snugly over narrow bike seats, offering a cushioned barrier that reduces discomfort and enhances support. The cover is easy to install and adjust, staying securely in place even during intense rides. The material is durable and easy to clean, making it practical for everyday use. The added comfort from the gel padding makes long rides much more enjoyable, alleviating pressure and providing a smooth, cushioned feel. This seat cover is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to upgrade their bike’s comfort. Highly recommended for both casual cyclists and serious riders seeking a more comfortable and enjoyable biking experience!

I ordered this as soon as I bought my bicycle but it didn’t come in before my first 7 1/2 mile ride. After this arrived I put it on my seat and went for a 2-2 1/2 mile ride a few days later and it made a world of difference. The seat wasn’t pinching my nerves and cutting off feeling nearly as much with this seat cover on it. And the rain cover it comes with is a nice bonus if you ever park your bike in the rain.If you’re wanting to make your seat tolerable without paying for a replacement seat, the TOSUOD Bike Seat Cover Gel Padded Bicycle Seat Cover is definitely worth checking out. It’s not as good as an actual replacement saddle for your bike, but it does make a huge difference.

Fairly light, though.I wouldn't call this a comfort seat.

Resuming bicycling after an extended hiatus I found that loss of muscle mass made my previously satisfactory standard bicycle seat painful to sit on during extended rides. I considered replacing the entire seat but for simplicity and economy decided to first try a padded cover. The first priority when comparing the many options should, in my opinion, be the materials. For padding in bicycling gloves and seats I have always preferred Sorbothane, a proprietary polymer with remarkable shock and vibration absorbing properties. However, being proprietary it is pricey and thus not often used. A second choice is silicone gel such as in this TOSUOD seat cover, where it is the upper/outer layer closest to the rider's ischial tuberosities (the two bony lowest parts of your pelvis that support your weight when sitting).Underneath that silicone gel layer is memory foam. I detest the overuse of memory foam, in my opinion a marketing scam which the public has apparently been conditioned by those ubiquitous Tempur-Pedic commercials to believe is a desirable material for everything from mattresses to wrist pads to pillows. In reality, it retains body heat causing it to quickly become uncomfortably hot and highly compressible, thus providing little persistent cushioning. I recommend avoiding any seat cushion in which it is the only padding. Where it can be useful is as one of several layers of different shock-absorbing materials. An example would be a honeycomb gel interior with a top layer of memory foam. In this TOSUOD seat cover it is an inner cushioning layer underneath the silicone gel.During a recent casual twenty-mile ride I did notice a significant reduction in discomfort using this cover when compared to the stock standard seat alone. The cover installed easily enough though it does go on very snugly and required quite a bit of pulling to fit properly over the back of the seat. If you have anything other than a standard narrow profile seat, it is not likely to fit. [See the attached photo, but don't take the apparent before and after difference as indicative of actual relative sizes--that's mostly due to lens perspective.] Once secured in place with the Velcro strap, I noticed no slippage or change in position during or after the ride. One thing I did not like is that the padding also adds considerable thickness extending to the horn of the seat. For a male (such as this writer), this can put additional unwanted pressure on an already sensitive area. [I mention the added pressure because even apart from temporary discomfort, over the long-term there appears to be a well-documented increased risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) and changes in sensation associated with bicycling. Cycling can cause temporary ED in some circumstances, and the risk is highest for men who cycle more than three hours per week. One study of elite cyclists reported a 2.00 odds ratio when compared to non-cyclists, after controlling for age and other factors.] If discomfort of this sort is a concern, you might consider a noseless seat such as the which I've used on my road bike for over thirty-five years. I am not making a medical recommendation and the manufacturer of the Hobson seat makes no medical claims for it. For me it was a matter of comfort but that type of seat is not to everyone's liking.Overall, I think this TOSUOD Bike Seat Cover is a quality product at an economical price which performs as advertised and does lessen discomfort when riding. I intend to keep using it until I find a permanent replacement seat with its own gel padding.

My bicycle came with a standard hard seat, and after longer rides, I would feel pressure discomfort in my inner thigh area. This seat cushion feels soft and provides excellent padding. It fits my bike saddle well and straps on securely. During the ride, the cushion added plush comfort and stayed in place without sliding. Although I’m light at 110 lbs, this bike saddle cover noticeably improved the comfort of my rides. It’s also nice that it comes with a protective cover, even though the cover isn’t perfectly saddle-shaped—it still works fine. I'll update my review after using the seat cushion over a longer period to assess its durability.
