Corrects the ride position on my specialized epic comp pro mtb. The previous owner had a stem which was too far forward and down for my riding style an positioning. This was an easy swap and works as well with my 30 degree rise renthal fatbars. Weight is within 1 gram.of previous headset.

Good quality I just wish it would fit my bike handle. I ordered another one from the same manufacturer and that one doesn’t fit either. It might be manufacturer defect. I gave 3 stars because of good quality

This stem is machined with quality. However, it has such high precision that I originally couldn’t get the 31.8mm bar to seat in properly. I first thought that I got the wrong size but what I determined is that once you take the front off you still need to slide the bars through the side. That way the narrow part of the bar goes in and once it get to the center of the bars it will fit just perfectly. You cannot seat the bars into the stem without doing this.

If you need to bring your bars in for a more upright riding position, this stem is just right for it. I have ridden with it on my trail single speed on some knar and it has held up just fine.

Excellent design, great value for all the intricate CNC work. However, you can't put spacers above the stem if you're trying to get it to fit lower towards the headtube. At least for me, I could only install the top cap so you would have to cut the steer tube to get your perfect fitment.Otherwise, there's a lot of material in this stem (I assume for strength). It weighed a few grams more than my old XC stem (as pictured).I'm used to a stretched out ride, but what I think this stem does particularly well is it allows for quicker turning and it's noticeably easier to lift the front tire. This could be both good and bad depending on if you are on ascents and need to feel planted. I would say this stem is probably best suited for trail riding vs cross country.

I got this stem to put on my mountain bike. Upon installation, the stem fits correctly to my fork and bars (make sure you know your handle bar diameter first). The product arrived with just a stem, no dust cap or extra bolts. With such a short stem I have better steering control which is what I wanted. After riding with this stem for a while, I have not had any issues with creaking or loosening of bolts. I got the Titanium color, overall 5/5 stars.

Quality stem looks just like dmr stem stack height was a little to small for what I needed. Seller refunded zero issue.
