Just like it's breather brother, 20120, it's grommet also measures 1.2085". Not an issue for me though. Highly recommend this PCV breather and the regular breather, very high quality pieces.

Wow, what a difference this thing made. I originally purchased a cheap one that leaked oil and was so loud I thought all my lifters were loose so I adjusted my valves several times before I realized it was the cheap PCV breather. This one is heavy, and well built, also nice and quiet but works great, I love it and highly recommend it. It is a pleasant feeling to pay more and get something so superior to the cheap crap that is nothing but a waste of time and money.
